RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems
- Install, inspect, and test avionics equipment and components
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and operation of avionics systems
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accurate measurements
- Adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures for avionics work
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve avionics issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Avionics Technician or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and avionics equipment
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and power tools
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in avionics maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
- Knowledge of CATIA or other computer-aided design software is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
